Dr. Saige Gomez, PT, DPT

I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University. My clinical foundation is built on years of athletic training and competition—swimming, rowing, collegiate rugby, MMA, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life and across the lifespan, including those navigating mental illness, physical and cognitive disabilities, and complex medical traumas. My experience spans from supporting regular gym members, busy professionals, and older adults to working with elite athletes at the UFC Performance Institute.

Through this journey, I’ve developed a discerning eye for movement and a relentless passion to help work through complex physical challenges. I believe the body and mind are remarkably renewable—whether you're facing injuries, pain, weakness , or weight loss. I don’t promise perfection or quick fixes, but I do promise to help renew your strength, share lasting knowledge, and unlock movement you may not have thought possible. Every session is led with love, grounded in faith, and built on the vision of Sage Performance: a place where people are met where they are, challenged wisely, and trained to grow forward.

Guiding you to train for peace — move with wisdom, renew trust in the body, perform with purpose, and overcome life’s battles with an enduring heart.
